A cold shooting night couldn’t have come at a worse time for the Montana Western Bulldogs as the Lewis-Clark State Warriors rode a huge offensive effort to a 82-55 win in the Frontier Conference Tournament Championship.
The Frontier Conference Men’s Basketball All-Conference teams and individual award recipients were announced at the conclusion of Tuesday’s championship game. Bulldog head coach Steve Keller and four players were recognized for their performance this season.
The Frontier Conference released the 2014-2015 Women’s All-Conference Basketball team following the tournament championship Monday night. Two Bulldogs received honorable mention recognition from the league’s coaches.

After finishing third in the conference standings, Rocky Mountain defeated Great Falls in the first round of the Frontier Conference Tournament to earn a rematch with the second ranked Bulldogs.
The NAIA Men’s Basketball Game of the Week lived up to its billing Saturday night in Lewiston, Idaho. In a back and forth contest to determine the Frontier Conference regular season championship, Montana Western suffered an 85-92 loss to Lewis-Clark State.
The Montana Western women’s basketball team matched up against Lewis-Clark State knowing it would be their last contest of the season. The Bulldogs left it all on the court in an exciting contest but fell to the Warriors 58-61.
