UMW Basketball announces Big Sky High School signee

University of Montana Western head women’s basketball coach Lindsay Woolley announced his second addition to the 2014-15 recruiting class, Dani Baker, who signed a Frontier Conference NAIA Letter of Intent. Baker is a senior at Big Sky High School in Missoula, Mont.

UMW Men head to Idaho with tough task

The University of Montana Western men’s basketball team travels to Idaho to take on two very good teams. The weekends’ competition consists of a NCAA division two team, Northwest Nazarene, who sits at 1-1 and is looking for a jump start early in their season. Meanwhile, College of Idaho is riding a six game win streak and during that streak are averaging 96 points per game.
