The 21st Annual University of Montana Western Bulldog Booster Bash will be held on Saturday, Sept. 8 in the Keltz Arena on the UMW campus.
The Bash is a fundraiser for Montana Western athletics. The event is in conjunction with the Bulldog Booster Club, which consists of over 200 individual and business donors who generously support Bulldog athletics.
This year’s event will include a cocktail social, dinner and a series of live and silent auctions featuring unique donated items from across Beaverhead County and the northwest.
“The Booster Club is absolutely crucial to the success of our athletic programs,” UMW Foundation Executive Director Roxanne Engellant said. “We truly rely on donor funds to continue to recruit and retain athletes to Montana Western. Aside from being a fundraiser, the Bash is also a really fun event and a great chance to meet and thank all of our generous donors.”
Montana Western Interim Athletic Director Janelle Handlos will co-host the event along with KBEV-KDBM DJs Kasey Briggs and Phill Willet.
Cocktails will begin the evening at 5 p.m. Dinner is at 6 p.m., and after the auctions musician Andy Larson will play a live concert at 9:30 p.m.
The University of Montana Western has launched a national search for the provost and vice chancellor for academic affairs position.
