The new scoreboards are courtesy of a $10,ooo gift from Stockman Bank, Dillon. “We at Stockman are pleased to be able to assist the volleyball and basketball programs directly, along with touching supporters of the athletic programs,” Craig Rehm, president of Stockman Bank, Dillon said of his business’ most recent donation to Montana Western. “It was time to upgrade the scoreboards in the gym and it is gratifying to support Montana Western, which adds so much to our community and southwest Montana.” In the past two years, Stockman Bank donated $19,000 for new play clocks and a new scoreboard at Vigilante Field. “We are very appreciative of Stockman’s support,” Montana Western Athletic Director Mark Durham said. “They continue to help when we need it.” The new scoreboards make their official debut on Sept. 11 when the Bulldogs host Lewis-Clark State College in a Frontier Conference volleyball match.
