By Wally Feldt Beginning Watercolor is a non-credit class offered at the University of Montana Western during the 2009 fall semester. The class is scheduled for Thursdays, Sept. 24 through Oct. 29 , from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in Block Hall 114-A. The class offers basic watercolor painting techniques. No experience is necessary. Enrollment is open to ages 14 and up. There is a class fee of $58 and materials are not included. Instruction is provided by Kelly Woodring.
