By Wally Feldt Contemporary line dancing is not just country anymore; it’s Latin, broadway, oldies, Celtic, soul and, yes, still country. Find out just how fun it really is with the basic line dance class at the University of Montana Western. Basic line dancing meets Fridays, Oct. 16 and 23 from 6:30 to 7:45 p.m. in the dance room of the Montana Western PE Complex. Class instructor Donna Morrison encourages dancers of all persuasions to try the line dancing class. “Line dancing is fun, great exercise and will bring out the dancer in everyone,” Morrison says. No dance experience and no partner is required. There is a $16 class fee or $30 per couple.
