By Wally Feldt An estate planning workshop is set for Oct. 21 and 28 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the University of Montana Western. The workshops will be held in STC Room 108 on the Montana Western campus. Instructor Cecil Jones will discuss optimal and current estate planning ideas for individuals, families, business owners, farmers, ranchers and retirees. Workshop topics include determining what is the best estate plan; using a living will; avoiding court conservatorships; the latest information on estate taxes and much more.
