Dear Faculty and Staff,

I would like to thank each of you for everything you are doing to assist in preparing for fall semester and the challenges ahead. Please check your university email account for an attached draft of the Montana Western Healthy Fall 2020 Plan which addresses the guidelines in the “MUS Healthy Fall 2020: Planning Guidelines for Campuses” handbook released earlier this month.

Montana Western faculty and staff are invited to review the draft document and provide feedback. Please email your edits/suggestions by Tuesday, July 7 to [email protected].

Feedback must be received by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, July 7, to ensure it is included in the complete version of the plan.

UMW work-groups and area leads continue to address further considerations and the information in this document will be updated as needed and in continued coordination with Beaverhead County Public Health as we continue to monitor COVID-19 conditions and how they may affect our university community.

The final plan will be provided as a PDF document and posted on our Health Advisories webpage. Please continue to check your university email account for further updates.
