Update on Testing Options & Next On-Campus Vaccination Clinic: Nov. 4th

We wanted to share with you some updates and reminders related to COVID-19 vaccination options and testing.

On-Campus COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic on November 4th

The next free, on-campus vaccination clinic will be held on Thursday, November 4, from 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. at the Bulldog Lounge in the SUB if you are interested in receiving a COVID-19 vaccination.

To make an appointment for the on-campus clinic, please call Rachel Harris at 406-683-7388. Walk-ins are also welcome!

Sweepstakes Drawing

UMW students who are already vaccinated for COVID-19 or receive a vaccination during the fall semester can enter a drawing to win a $500 scholarship or a $5,000 financial assistance package for spring semester! Learn more and enter on our website.

Town Pump Gift Cards

As part of Town Pump’s vaccination incentive program, we still have several $10 gift cards to give to UMW students, faculty, and staff.

If you have received a COVID-19 vaccination at any point in time or if you receive one during the semester, you can bring your vaccination card and ID to the Dean of Students Center and receive a $10 Town Pump gift card for each vaccination you have received.

The gift cards are available while supplies last, so come over and pick up yours!
