Dear Faculty and Staff, 

We encourage you all to participate in as many orientation activities as possible to help build strong relationships and connections with our students that will lead to more positive recruitment and retention outcomes. Please read through the following orientation events and select a few to attend. 

If you are interested in helping students move into the residence halls please visit the Orientation webpage and fill out the Montana Western Moving Company (MWMC) form. This is a great way to welcome new students on behalf of the campus and community of Dillon.

As we receive sign-ups for the activities below, we will contact you with further instructions. Thank you for helping us welcome our students to Montana Western!

Sign up to attend the Welcome Extravaganza and meet and greet new students and families and welcome them to our campus.
Sign up to help with the community scavenger hunt. We are looking for faculty and staff to participate in this activity by sitting outside our local businesses downtown and greeting students as they explore Dillon during the scavenger hunt.
Sign up to attend the football scrimmage and meet and greet students.
Please choose one event to attend during the morning session of Saturday, Aug. 20
Please choose one event to attend during the afternoon session of Saturday, Aug. 20
