Point of Sale (POS) Rental Form

Please use this form to rent mobile Point of Sale (POS) equipment from the Bulldog Card Office. Equipment that is rented will be brought to the event site, set up, and ran by the Bulldog Card Manager. If a representative of the Bulldog Card office is unable to attend the event, the requester is responsible for the pick up, set up, operation, and return of the POS equipment.
