TEDx is an independently led affiliation of the annual Technology, Entertainment, Design (TED) conference. The aim of TED conferences are to spread ideas worth sharing.
The theme of the Missoula conference was language and how interconnected people are around the globe. There were over 18 speakers who spoke at the event from a variety of backgrounds.
“It was an exciting opportunity that showed the evolution of language and the different channels used to communicate,” said UMW sophomore Aaron Glavan.
The UMW Business Club will also send another group of 10 students to TEDx Bozeman, which is on March 27.?
