These instructions for clearing your cache in different browsers and operating systems apply to all UMW users. Follow the steps for the browser you use. When troubleshooting issues with any site, always exit your browser completely after clearing your cache before attempting to access the site again.
1. Click the three-dots menu in the upper right corner of the browser.
2. Select Settings then Privacy and Security.
3. Click on Clear browsing data. Make sure that the Time range is set to All Time in the dropdown menu.
4. You can untick Passwords and other sign-in data to retain your saved passwords.
5. Click Clear data.

4. Tap Clear data.
1. Click the 3 dots in the upper right corner of the browser.
2. Choose Settings.
3. Select Privacy, search, and services from the left-side menu.
4. Under Clear browsing data, click the Choose What to Clear button.
5. Select the items you wish to clear (e.g., Browsing History, Cookies and Saves Website Date, Cached Data and Files, Downloaded History and Form Data).
6. Click Clear now.
1. Click the hamburger menu in the upper-right corner of the browser.
2. Click Settings.
3. Click Privacy & Security in the left menu bar.
4. Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data.
5. Click Clear.
1. Tap the three-dots menu in the bottom-right corner of the browser.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Scroll down. Under Privacy & Security, tap Delete browsing data.
4. In the Delete browsing data window, you can untick Cookies and site data to retain your passwords.
5. Tap Delete browsing data.
1. Click the Safari menu; select Preferences.
2. Select the Privacy tab then click the Manage Website Data button.
3. Either select items to remove then click Remove OR click Remove All.
4. Click Done.
1. From the home screen, tap Select Settings then Safari.
2. Tap Advanced then Website Data.
