The University of Montana Western Career Services Office is excited to invite all interested and returning employers, as well as UMW students, to the 2025 Career Fair. The event will take place on April 16 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the UMW Keltz Arena.
The Montana Western Career Fair provides a unique opportunity for employers to connect with UMW students seeking summer work, internships, or their first post-graduate job. Students from all majors will be in attendance, offering a diverse pool of candidates across various academic disciplines. Each booth will feature a QR code supported by Handshake, allowing students to easily share their contact information with employers.
Interested employers can register online by going to https://www.umwestern.edu/career-fair/. The cost for one table is $150, and additional tables can be requested for $25. Employers that attended the Job Expo last fall are welcome to attend free of charge. Once your registration information is received, a follow-up email with all the information you need will be sent, including a parking pass for the day.
A continental breakfast and lunch will be provided for two attendees per exhibiting employer. Additional team members can enjoy the breakfast and lunch for $25 per person. Please note any dietary restrictions in the “Additional Requests/Needs” section of the registration form.
