Please answer the following questions about expenditures for club meetings and general administrative supplies. The entire school year should be considered when answering these questions. Printing expenditures should not be included in this information.
The following questions refer to all club events and outings the club plans on hosting over the course of the year.
This is to provide specific information for expenses related to club week. Each club is required to host a club week with three (3) club events in one week.
If you do not RSVP now, you must RSVP to ASUMW by the start of the fall semester. Clubs that do not RSVP or do not attend the Welcome Fair risk grounds for not receiving an allocation.
ASUMW is a reasonable student government body and understands that new opportunities arise while others may change. With this in mind, clubs are responsible for the answers given on this request and have a reasonable responsibility to deliver the events planned.
For example, if a club reports wanting to purchase plane tickets to an event and receives the funding from ASUMW, the club is reasonably required to attend the event. If the club does not attend the event, cause for repercussions may be found.
