Office Decorating Contest

To exemplify the campus Homecoming spirit, all offices are encouraged to decorate their space for the Annual Homecoming Office Decorating Contest. Participating in the contest will not only get your office in the spirit of Homecoming, but also excites students, faculty, staff, and campus visitors.

Homecoming royalty

The purpose of Homecoming Royalty is to recognize and honor students that are nearing the end of their academic time at Montana Western. Ideal nominees for Homecoming Royalty should be enthusiastic, energetic, involved, and in good academic standing. Voting for Homecoming Royalty will take place on Thursday, October 12th at the Pep Rally.

Nominee Guidelines

To nominate a friend, or yourself, for Homecoming Royalty, submit the Homecoming Royalty Nomination Form (below) by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 11th.

campus food drive

The ASUMW Student Food Pantry provides essential resources to help students who may be facing food insecurity during their time at Montana Western. The student food pantry, located in the SUB basement, is free, confidential, and open 24/7 to all students.

Groups are invited to show their support for the student food pantry by participating in the campus-wide food drive. Groups can consist of athletic teams, classes, clubs, offices, or any other campus organization. Faculty and staff are highly encouraged to participate in the food drive. The winning group will be announced following the conclusion of the food drive.
