The Learning Center is a testing facility for Montana’s approved HSE, the high school equivalency exam. Five subtests of Math, Reading, Science, Social Studies, and Writing are given. The Lucy Carson Library has HSE manuals, available for check out to the public, to help you prepare.
To set up a test-taker account and register for the exam, go to the HiSET websitehere. The fee to take all five subtests is $75, payable on the website. The University of Montana Western test center fee is $25 for all five subtests, payable to the University on the day you are to test.
